Cancellation right

You have the right to cancel this contract within 1 month without giving a reason.

The cancellation period is 1 month from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods or the service has been completed

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will have all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs that result from the fact that you have a different type of delivery than the one we offer, have chosen the cheapest standard delivery), immediately and at the latest within 1 month from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the services should start during the cancellation period, you have to pay us a reasonable amount, which is the proportion of the time until you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract services rendered compared to the total scope of the services provided in the contract.

We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You have to send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within 1 month from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 1 month period expires. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry
